Gas Water Nothing

My baby Isobel died last night, from complications following arterial thromboembolism. She enriched my life immeasurably, and I will always love her immeasurably.

These are some of the pictures I drew of her over the last couple of years.

  1. Thanks, Jason. It’s nice to remember her this way.

  3. Love the first one, simple and yet SO expressive. And the composition in the one where she is partially blocked by a railing is FAB-unusual. The colors are sweet, too. And the blue-ish one with the restated line is fine, as well. Nice work.

  5. I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. These are a wonderful collection of portraits, my favorite too the one with the rails, beautiful work as always and a lovely tribute.

  6. So so sorry to hear that. I have two old ladies on the brink so I totally feel for you. Just wanted to say sorry you lost your friend.
