Why do I do things like this to myself? A ridiculously cluttered mess of a desk, a mirror (and thus a dreaded self-portrait), and a picture of the picture inside itself?! Yes, the one bottle of potato vodka appears no less than four times here. (I am not historically much of a vodka fan, but I basically can’t resist any potato product.) I was going to color this more, but geez, not tonight; took too much out of me already. This is my Thing-a-Day for February 10th (and it’s a similar view to one I did for Thing-a-Day 2007).
You’re definitely getting more obsessive, which is GOOD for us who look at your sketches, if exhausting for you. Great stuff!

I love the way the perspective works in this drawing. And I think there might be enough happening there without colour. (Though I’m a colour person and I’d be tempted myself.)
